48 hours on Wrong Item Received claims
"Wrong Item Received" claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from the delivery time.
Must include a copy of purchase invoice when returning the item.

The following items are not covered by warranty, cannot be returned or exchanged
Please do not ship these items back due to the nature of the item:
- Disposables Vape
- Used/opened tank/RDA/RDTA systems.
- Used/opened coils/pods/cartridges
For all other defective Items
The warranty is 30 days with the option to return defective or non-working products.
Attention: We do not refund money. We can send a replacement to you or issue a credit.
Returns must include the following:
- A copy of your purchase invoice.
- Original package.
- A note attached to each defective item with detailed description of the defect.
- Buyer’s contact information: name, phone number and email address.
We may request pictures or a video beforehand to verify the product is in acceptable condition for return.
Your Return Request must be approved by eBargainVapes for you to receive all necessary credits for defective items.
Return postage will be paid by us if your item(s) are found defective.
If you choose to return defective item for exchange, we will ship replacement to you free of charge.
If your item is found to be NOT defective for any reason, return postage needs to be paid by you in order for us to send your item(s) back.
Excluded from the 30-Day Warranty
- This does not include any water damages or physical damages (wear and tear).
- This does not include any tanks and RDA/RTA.
- This does not include any coils or ejuice.
- This does not include any disposables Vape.
- This does not include any batteries or chargers.
